Sharjah Police signs a Memorandum of Understanding with Documentation and Archives Authority

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the General Headquarters of Sharjah Police and Sharjah Documentation and Archives Authority at the Sharjah Police Sciences Academy to strengthen and enhance mutual cooperation and exchange experiences between them. Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police signed for Sharjah Police , and for Sharjah Documentation and Archives Authority signed Mr. Salah Salem Al Mahmoud, Director General of the Authority, in the presence of Brigadier General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, Brigadier General Mohammad Rashid Bayat, Director General of Police Operations, Brigadier General Arif Al Sharif, Director-General of the Human Resources and Support Services, Colonel Dr. Mohammed Khamis Al-Othmani, Director-General of Sharjah Police Academy and Colonel Dr. Ahmed Said Al-Na’our, Acting Director General of Central Operations. Major General Al Shamsi welcomed the delegation’s delegation, appreciating the important role they provide to serve the community through the service of documentation, archiving and information preservation, due to their accumulated experience in this field, pointing out that the signed Memorandum shall benefit both sides, whereas its items revolve around full cooperation and exchange of experiences. On the other hand, Al-Mahmoud thanked Sharjah Police for signing the Memorandum, saying that this agreement translates the enhancement of relations and cooperation with government bodies, particularly, the historical registry project organized by the Authority has a role in documenting the history of Sharjah Police General Headquarters since its inception to date, as well as exchanging experiences and enhancement of skills and knowledge among us through holding training and educational courses in related fields.
